“Is this a course?” No. Courses end. BAM is a living ascension system. You enter where you are, work at your pace and keep evolving without needing a reset every time you hit a new ceiling.
“How much time do I need each week?” Most members do best with: 30–60 minutes for the weekly prompt and deep work 5–10 minutes daily for implementation But this time is not spent doing more.
