I am the founder of Iconic Arrival™ and I support women who want to change the world.
I help experienced women business owners and creatives free themselves from the patterns that keep them overwhelmed and stagnated, so they can break the glass ceiling and successfully fulfil their vision.
I built Iconic Arrival™ because:
1) I want you to succeed. I have witnessed countless women, including myself, trying to solve their challenges by pushing harder, diluting themselves and adding more strategies and methods to the mix, but to no avail.
2) I have a new take on the answers to these questions:

Why do we react as we do and repeat the same patterns?

Why can we know exactly what we ought to do and still be unable to do it?

What is the connection between our self-perception, thoughts, feelings, actions and results?
3) I want you to be and feel great. I believe that people who live their greatness are:

This is my purpose, and Iconic Arrival™ is how I realise that purpose.
I connect areas that are usually treated separately: personal development, branding, leadership, corporate communication, business strategy, physics, spirituality and consciousness.
Each field contains part of the answer, but none of them contains the entire mechanism. Together, they account for almost everything.
I will dissect claims and theories, and I will find out whether they hold up or not.

[BACKGROUND]
My background is in corporate communication, journalism and spiritual practice, and I have run businesses since the 1990's. I have mentored professionals and trained high-performing individuals and worked for years at the intersection of leadership, performance and personal change.
Combined with politics and stage-arts (singing, dancing, acting), I am comfortable under pressure.

I believe responsibility is power.
When you take full responsibility for who you are and your decisions and actions, you regain control of your outcomes.
That demands standards, honesty and consciousness. It demands that you confront the parts of you that sabotage your efforts and strategies – your shadows, your patterns, your inner resistance that creates outer friction.

My basics
Born on Monday 1st of January 1973 in Denmark to a Danish father and a Scottish mother, and I have a younger sister.
Animal lover with a special connection with dogs and birds.
Plant based Capricorn (sun), Sagittarius (moon) and Leo (asc) with a horoscope full of fire.
Connecting the dots, spotting discrepancies and developing needle-moving concepts are my special things.
Love the sky, comedy, sunsets and champagne (not necessarily all at the same time).

Business Owner
I have had online businesses, webshops, physical shops and done MLM. I have covered fashion, food and health, and for many years my main focus has been self-development, branding and communication.
I have built my businesses from scratch and run them myself with a steep learning curve and using whatever means I had at my disposal at the time (it was fun in the 1990’s).
My main tasks now besides serving my customers are strategies, concept and product development, marketing and branding with focus on greatness and higher consciousness.

I have participated in the project of the Danish Royal Airforce choosing new fighter jets, I have been on press tours in Afghanistan and Iraq (and been shot at while sitting in a helicopter), and I have been to Brussels to work on a series of articles on EU projects.
