My background is in corporate communication, journalism and politics, and I have run businesses for more than two decades. This combination gives me a rare blend of strategic clarity and real-world experience.

I have mentored professionals and trained high-performing individuals and worked for years at the intersection of leadership, performance and personal change.

I am comfortable under pressure. I can be put on the spot. I can lead from the front. And I teach my clients to develop that same authority and capacity, so they stop sabotaging themselves and start operating at the level their vision requires.

My basics

Born on Monday 1st of January 1973 in Denmark to a Danish father and a Scottish mother, and I have a younger sister.

Animal lover with a special connection with dogs and birds.

Plant based Capricorn (sun), Sagittarius (moon) and Leo (asc) with a horoscope full of fire.

Connecting the dots and spotting discrepancies are my special things.

Love the sky, comedy, sunsets and champagne (not necessarily all at the same time).

Business Owner

I have online businesses, and I have had webshops, physical shops and done MLM. I have covered fashion, food and health, and for many years my main focus has been self-development, branding and communication.

I have built my businesses from scratch and run them myself with a steep learning curve and using whatever means I had at my disposal at the time (it was fun in the 1990’s).

My main tasks now are strategies, concept and product development, marketing and branding.

I have participated in the project of the Danish Royal Airforce choosing new fighter jets, I have been on press tours in Afghanistan and Iraq (and been shot at while sitting in a helicopter), and I have been to Brussels to work on a series of articles on EU projects.

Fitness

I am a fitness instructor and a personal trainer. I have trained fitness athletes and helped them prepare for participating in fitness events. I have held different types of leadership jobs in the fitness field, so besides helping fitness customers get fit, I have:

Held staff meetings (also the uncomfortable 1:1 meetings)
Speaking, teaching and holding workshops for customers and staff
Created and optimized fitness papers for training routines, meal plans etc.
