With a background in corporate communication, journalism and politics and more than two decades of running businesses, I have obtained an enviable skill set, bringing a rare combination of strategic insight and real-life experience.

I have mentored journalists, trained fitness athletes and helped countless individuals overcome personal and professional limitations.

Three decades of deep personal development, growth and hardcore experience have equipped me with the mindset, tools and ability to navigate difficult situations and to lead others with precision.

I have faced intense pressure and anxiety-inducing situations, and I master the art of being put on the spot, standing on a stage and wielding my power with confidence, even in front of a camera.

Now I teach others to command the room and how to level up, show up, dress up, rise up and speak up.

I believe that we create our lives and are 100 % responsible for how our lives turn out. This gives us the power to change what we are unhappy with.

But it requires a high level of consciousness.

It demands that we are determined to stick to our own standards, standing by ourselves and having our own back at all times.
It demands that we honour our core values, confront our shadows and conquer our limitations consistently every day.

When we do, we become fearless and we trust ourselves completely.

Born on Monday 1st of January 1973 in Denmark to a Danish father and a Scottish mother, and I have a younger sister.

Divorced, no children.

Dog lover and a special connection with birds.

Plant based Capricorn (sun), Sagittarius (moon) and Leo (asc) with a horoscope full of fire.

Connecting the dots and spotting discrepancies are my special things.

Love to relax with comedy, sunsets and champagne (not necessarily at the same time).

Business Owner

I have online businesses, and I have had webshops, physical shops and done MLM. I have covered fashion, food and health, and for many years my main focus has been self-development, branding and communication.

I have built my businesses from scratch and run them myself with a steep learning curve and using whatever means I had at my disposal at the time (it was fun in the 1990’s).

My main tasks now are strategies, concept and product development, marketing and branding.
